My family member was taken to the ER due to sudden vision loss. The ER was packed full, I was worried she would be lost in the shuffle and we would be there for hours. It was less than 15 minutes before they had her back for a CT scan. 10 minutes after that we were taken to a room where Matt R. Was our nurse. Wow! He was so professional, had an excellent bedside manner, was so knowledgeable, and calm. I have a medical background and find myself especially critical of quality of care. I was so so impressed with this experience. Another 20 minutes pass and they are loading her into an ambulance to go to Pensacola. I absolutely cannot express my deepest, most sincere gratitude for the level of urgency, professionalism, and care this whole team took. I wish I could hug you all. Thank you so much for treating us the way you did.

As a first time mom, I highly recommend considering the family birthplace to anyone that’s expecting or planning on having a baby. The staff was extremely helpful and allowed us the freedom to make decisions according to our birth plan. There was never a moment that I felt lost or confused about the process. They educated us throughout the whole experience and they made my first labor one that I feel truly confident about. The facility is well equipped with everything you need and very clean. The visitors policy made it easy for my family to come at any time. I appreciate everyone on staff who were a part of my labor experience. Y’all made the introduction to motherhood a seamless one. Thank you!!

We had a great team of people take care of our son for tubes and adenoids. Dr Gegg was so kind and personable, our pre op nurse, Brittany, was great also! The anesthesia team was kind and so catering towards our boy and they even dressed up his Aubie stuffed animal like a doctor. The facility was clean, and people spent time with us without feeling rushed. We could not say better things about this facility and had such a great experience!!

I get all of my procedures (CT, MRI, etc) done at this facility and have always had a great experience! Checkin online is super simple and then everything is ready when you get there. They call you back immediately and are so friendly and efficient. We had to recently use the ER and that experience was just as great for an emergency surgery from a dog bite. Staff is very friendly and efficient and truly look like they enjoy their jobs. I feel like I am so blessed to live near a facility that is so wonderful!

I was down here on a top level leadership retreat with 10 of my friends, and I slipped and fell at our pool, causing damage to my hand. When I finally decided to go to the emergency room, I was met with the kindest, most compassionate and caring staff I have ever met at any hospital. I have been to numerous hospitals over the years with a care of my combat wounded husband, and my two rare disease, children. The nurses were phenomenal the x-ray technician was fantastic. The medical professional, who cast and wrapped my arm was funny, compelling, educated and loving. I have never recommended an emergency room to anybody, but I talked about it for the next two days around town and let everybody know that should they get injured or need the emergency room for any reason their first choice in the area should be Sacred Heart.

If you have an EMERGENCY do NOT come here! I was at the ER for 6+ hours just waiting on a Dr to come tell me my lab results. While waiting there was a lady in so much pain, and nurses were rude to her, I even had somebody from registration look at me and laugh at this lady. Ridiculous!! Another guy came in on a stretcher (mind you a room FULL of patients waiting to be seen) he was throwing up, in pain. He was told he could lay on the floor and there’s nothing else they can do for him. Idk what happened I’ve been seen here before and had no issues at all. I also have a history of ectopic and there was no rush AT ALL from anyone. After being put in a “treatment room” I literally had to press the assist button 4 times to get someone to come tell me anything. Sacred do better.

A nice hospital. Definitely looks beachy. The check in process was fast. The waiting room was a short wait which is good because most hospitals have pretty long waits if their in a big area like this. The doctor who treated me was Dr. Glenn Lysack and he was really polite and helpful with my nervous questions. He was good at explaining various medical conditions. Patient with me while I weighed my options on weather or not to gwt a CT scan. The nurse I had, Hannah G. was helpful and polite and deserves a mention as well. She even helped me, a germ scared person, open the bathroom door. How nice. She even went and got me 2 hand operated breast pumps from the maternity section so I can pump while away from my baby. That was awesome. The other person who deserves a special mention is the door man who was doing the red bracelets. I didn't get his name but he used to work on Wallstreet in the past and he talked with me about books and other stuff to keep me occupied while I waited for my husband to pick me up. He didn't seem to judge me over my germ ocd which is very cool. Great guy who deserves some praise. He was working the night of April 15th. One small update from a later visit is that maybe a tad more attention to the cleanliness of the wait area from time to time. Other than that this is still a 5 for me.
